At Messy Mama Tees, all items are made to order. Because our products are custom printed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, design choice, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at chelseygreeson00@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review the issue and, when applicable, provide a replacement or refund.

Wrong Size or Color

Please carefully review the size chart and product details before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you select the wrong size or color.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
